FranShares generally charges a one time acquisition fee of $500 and a flat annual fee of $100 on each investment. These fees are disclosed in the individual offering page and in the Operating Agreement and Investment Memorandum.

FranShares also enters into an agreement with the issuer to provide marketing services in exchange for a cash fee.
