Sloan Capital’s existing everbowl stores have achieved profitability in an average of under six months, driven by efficient buildouts and high market demand.
The EB Texas Fund supports the development of 24 new everbowl franchise locations across high-growth Texas markets.
The EB Texas Fund is managed by Sloan Capital, the largest everbowl franchisee, with a proven track record of revenue generation and investor distributions.
Everbowl stands out in the fast-casual dining space with its health-conscious, customizable superfood bowls and smoothies. The brand’s unique vertical integration as its own açaí supplier reduces costs, enhances quality control, and ensures consistent supply chain efficiency. Combined with low buildout costs and streamlined operations, everbowl is well-positioned to capture growing demand for convenient, nutritious dining options.
Our exit strategy aims to build a valuable portfolio of everbowl locations that can be sold to maximize investor returns.

Upon executing our development schedule over the next 6 years, we believe our size along with the territory rights to the state of Texas positions us as a valuable acquisition target. Based upon a conservative exit of a ~7x valuation multiple on year 6 profitability, we believe this portfolio will exit for an average of $800,000 per location.

Once these goals are met, we will explore selling the portfolio, providing investors with a substantial return on investment.
